By purchasing from Classic Phones Ug, you agree to the following terms:
1. All phones listed as "UK Used" are pre-owned devices sourced from
the United Kingdom. Conditions are accurately described per listing.
2. "Brand New" devices are factory sealed and unused.
3. Prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and are subject to change
without prior notice.
4. Classic Phones Ug reserves the right to cancel any order if payment
is not confirmed within 24 hours.
5. Ownership of a device transfers to the buyer only upon full payment
and collection/delivery.
6. We are not liable for any misuse of a device after it has been sold
and handed over.
7. These terms apply to all in-store, online, and swap transactions.
