We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Brand New Phones
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of purchase if the device is
unused, in its original sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof
of purchase.
UK Used Phones
Returns are accepted within 24 hours if the device develops a fault
not disclosed at the time of sale. Cosmetic issues already noted at
point of sale are not grounds for return.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via Mobile
Money or cash, depending on the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Damage caused by the buyer after purchase
- Items without proof of purchase
- Devices reported after the return window has closed
Phone Swaps
Swap transactions are final once both devices have been exchanged
and inspected. No refunds or reversals after a swap is completed.
