Local Delivery (Kampala)
We offer delivery within Kampala via trusted boda boda riders.
Delivery fees vary by location and will be communicated via WhatsApp
before dispatch.
Delivery Time
Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM are typically delivered same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM are delivered the following business day.
Pick-Up
Customers are welcome to pick up orders in person at our shop:

🕐 Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Upcountry Deliveries
For customers outside Kampala, we dispatch via reliable courier
services (e.g., YoApp, Posta Uganda, or bus transport). Additional
charges apply and delivery timelines vary by destination.
Classic Phones Ug is not responsible for delays caused by third-party
couriers once a device has been handed over for dispatch.
